CRITERIA FOR ELIGIBILITY FOR CORE GRANT
| 1. | Organisations must be a children or youth organisation defined as over 80% of members/users being between 5-25 years. |
| 2. | Be regional rather than local or have a realistic expectation to so become. |
| 3. | Have as its core business Personal and Social Education programmes which demonstrate participation; acceptance and understanding of others and values. |
| 4. | Have been in receipt of Core or Curriculum funding for a period of three years. |
| 5. | Non statutory, non political and non profit making. |
| 6. | Have a constitution and accounts audited on a NI basis. |
| 7. | Have Equal Opportunities and Child Protection policies. |
| 8. | Need the support. |
| 9. | Seek Curriculum Support. |
Selection will be based on the extent to which organisational operations mirror the
priorities of Council at that time.
Targeting Social Need will be added to criteria when adequate measurement procedures are available.
