Welcome to the Website of the Youth Council for Northern Ireland

This section deals with the internal aspects of the Youth Council for Northern Ireland.

The Youth Council has been operational for over ten years.   Its primary focus is provision for and interests of children and young people aged 5-25 years.

The current membership of Council comprises fifteen people from a wide range of interests appointed by the Minister of Education.
